Lots of stuff here, but easy to catergorize, so let's go!
The first set seems to be "Night time Noir"
The first few shots are of a van-type vehicle zooming through various streets. There is also another vehicle close behind, but it cuts off all the time when it gets to that vehicle.
Next shot is of a rain covered city street, some cars pass,, Clapboard says "Gordon / Freulich".. That's probably Robert Gordon and Henry Freulich.. They did 3 movies together, though it's hard to pinpoint which one this one could be from..
Next 2 shots, night time again, and a black car makes a turn and drives straight for us! It stops in the nick of time though, Clapboard says Jason / Guffey, That could be Will Jason and Bernard Guffey, and again, they did a number of movies, impossible to determing where this is.
Next, we have a few shots of an office building at night. No info.
The next few shots are fun. They're of Broadway and West 6th in Los Angeles. This was easy to pinpoint based on the street signs and ads on the building walls.
For the final set of shots, a cargo truck weaves around some mountain roads, not neccesarily at high speeds, but certainly menacingly. There's a clapboard of Butler / Wimpy, but I've got no info/
